Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your Pretty Poly Packaging order. If you change your mind, you have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know that you wish to return it. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back to us.

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us at hello@prettypolypackaging.com. Please do not send items back before contacting us. We will provide you with the return instructions and return address.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of returning their order.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect so that we can put things right. We may ask you to provide photographs of the item and packaging.

Refunds

Once we have received and checked your return, we will let you know when your refund has been processed. Approved refunds will be made to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
